I totally get it—budget is a big concern! While organising services might feel like a luxury, they’re really about creating lasting solutions that save you time and money in the long run. Kids just come with chaos—my own house looks like a whirlwind hit it sometimes too! Trust me, I’ve seen it all, and there’s absolutely no judgement, just support. In fact, the more cluttered a space, the easier it is to know where to start. And honestly, the bigger the mess, the more satisfying the transformation!
Will I have to throw out everything I own?
Don’t worry! I won’t be asking if every item sparks joy or suggesting you chuck everything out. The focus will be on keeping only the items you love or truly need. We’ll let go of what’s no longer necessary, aiming to create a space that’s easier to manage—not just a space with less stuff!
How are the services charged?
Ah, the boring but important payment bit! To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required. The rest is due by bank transfer two working days before each session. If you decide to book extra sessions or you grab any organising goodies, we’ll sort those costs separately.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Life happens! If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable. But if you just need to reschedule because something unexpected comes up—like looking after a poorly little one—no worries at all! Just give me a shout, and we’ll find a new time within the next two months that works for you.
How long will it take to organise my space?
I’d love to give you an exact answer, but it’s kind of a ‘how long is a piece of string’ situation! It really depends on the size of the space, how much clutter needs sorting, and much you are able to participate in the process.
That being said, based on experience, here are some examples:
- Kitchen: 8-10 hours total
- Playroom: 6-8 hours total
- Wardrobe: 6-8 hours total
- Pantry: 4-6 hours total
Each project is unique, so a quick assessment will help determine a more accurate timeline for your specific needs!
What if we don’t finish by the end of our session?
I always aim to complete each project within our booked session, but sometimes things take a little longer than planned. If we don’t get everything wrapped up, you’ve got two options: you can book some extra time with me, or I can give you clear, step-by-step guidance to finish it off on your own. Rest assured, you’ll be fully supported, no matter what!
